Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat or gluten-free flatbread
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded grilled chicken breast
  • ¼ cup low-sugar BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). If using an air fryer, set it to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the flatbread, then top with shredded chicken, cheese, and red onion.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh cilantro on top. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
