Rolling Pin If needed to slightly roll out puff pastry
- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 2 medium Apples
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the apples: Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples. Toss them with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Roll out the puff pastry: If needed, lightly roll out the pastry. Cut into squares or rectangles.
Assemble the pastry: Place apple slices in the center of each pastry square. Fold or leave open-faced.
Seal and brush: If folding, seal edges with a fork. Brush the pastry with egg wash for a golden finish.
