Ingredients

  • 2 packages (16 oz) cream cheese (full-fat)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups diced Granny Smith apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter
  • 1/4 cup oats (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Pan:
    Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
